1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User") and ep369 ("Platform", "We", "ep369"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ep369 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel provided by ep369 — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to refrain from using ep369 services. Your continued use of this platform following any modifications to this Agreement will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Registration and Account Management

To use ep369 services in full, you need to register and open a user account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current and complete information such as your full name, mobile number, email address, and any other details required by the platform.

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

• You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
• Your password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
• ep369 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time for verification purposes.
• Incorrect or false account information may result in account suspension without notice.

3. User Eligibility

ep369 services are intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances. By registering an account, you acknowledge and confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

ep369 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be terminated immediately without any refund of deposits.

• Users must be individuals who are legally qualified to enter into a binding contract.
• Users may not use this platform from any territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• ep369 is not responsible if a user accesses the platform from an area with legal restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ep369 supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) and are subject to the following minimum limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen and internal verification process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ep369 account holder.
• Withdrawal requests will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met.
• ep369 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes.
• Any taxes or charges related to financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ep369 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Our welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500.

Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any bonus-related withdrawal is approved. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your account balance will be RM220, and you must meet a wagering requirement of RM1,200 (RM120 × 10) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per new account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• ep369 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraud.
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback and seasonal offers have their own terms which will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
• The ep369 VIP programme offers weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

All ep369 users are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and follow these guidelines when using the platform. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate action on your account.

• It is prohibited to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological mechanisms designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• It is prohibited to share or sell accounts to third parties in any form.
• It is prohibited to spread false, misleading, or malicious information about ep369 to others.
• It is prohibited to use abusive, threatening, or inflammatory language towards support staff or other users.
• Users must comply with all laws applicable in the country where they play.
• Any money laundering activity or illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

ep369 reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time and for any reason we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• False identity verification or inaccurate account information.
• Fraudulent activity, system abuse, or attempts to hack the platform.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Activities that compromise the integrity of the games or the platform as a whole.

In cases of account termination due to confirmed fraud, ep369 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the relevant account. For termination due to other reasons, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

The ep369 platform is provided "as is" and ep369 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the stability, availability, or accuracy of the service at any time.

• ep369 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or data loss that are beyond our reasonable control.
• ep369 is not liable for game outcomes generated by a certified and independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• ep369's total liability to any user will not exceed the amount of the last deposit made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.
• ep369 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ep369 is committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By using ep369's services, you agree that ep369 may collect, process, and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

ep369 will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ep369 operates under its international licence. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision alone will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
